Sessions
We’re offering private sessions in mat Pilates, Reformer, Tower and Stability Chair in our fully equipped home Pilates studio. This is a great opportunity to have your own bespoke training program and ‘reform’ your body in a friendly, fun and warm environment. We can help you with specific exercises targeting back pain, neck and shoulder issues. We also include a free 20mins postural assessment during your first session which determines your personalised programme.
We also offer duets where you can share the cost and work out with a friend or partner.
Due to our versatility and experience we’re well equipped to train deconditioned clients right through to athletes and professional dancers.

Pre/Post
Natal
Marilena offers Pre and Post Natal Pilates sessions either one-to-one or in small groups of up to 2 people.
Pre-natal Pilates is a safe way to exercise during all three trimesters. Strengthening the pelvic floor prepares the body for a smooth prenatal phase and birth exploring specific exercise modifications.
Post-natal Pilates: Women can start Pilates 6 weeks after normal childbirth and 12 weeks after a caesarean and always after doctor’s advice. It’s a great way to get back in to shape quickly after having a baby. It’s designed to target all problem areas that mothers face after pregnancy mainly strengthening the body’s core muscles resulting in a sleeker silhouette by improving posture and alignment.

Sessions
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise designed to develop a strong core and healthy spine, improve balance, posture, flexibility and stamina. It also promotes a breathing technique which helps to connect mind and body.
Pilates can be done with a mat or special equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Stability Chair and Barrels. We offer tailormade one-to-one Pilates sessions and duets.

Reformer 35
This is a 35 minute Pilates Reformer session with 1 participant.
The reformer challenges and strengthens your core stability, prevents injury, tones and streamlines the body and enhances athletic ability. All levels welcome.
Cardio Pilates
Reformer 35
This is a 35-minute, Cardio Pilates Reformer session with 1 participant.
It’s a cardio and strength workout using the Cardio Tramp, a mini trampoline attached to reformer. It’s a fun, challenging and energising workout without stressing the joints. Great addition to your Pilates Reformer workouts if you’re looking to tone up and burn a lot of calories!
Pregnancy Pilates
Reformer 35
This is a 35 minute Pilates Reformer session with 1 participant.
It’s designed to strengthen all important labour muscles and maintain a healthy pregnancy weight. The pelvic floor, deep core muscles and glutes become a structural powerhouse to help maintain good posture and relieve tired and stressed joints.
This class is also suitable for post natal women returning to exercise after giving birth.

This Pilates session combines all studio equipment (Reformer, Tower and Stability Chair) taking your practice a level up.
You will have the opportunity to experience and explore the Pilates method and find new challenges that will improve your all round fitness and well being.
