You can now join us wherever you are in the world! We’re just one click away! This is the perfect way to maintain and improve your wellbeing and fitness level.
We have added a new class on our timetable called Supple Strength. This class blends Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Flexibility training into one challenging and relaxing class. It helps with posture and alignment as well as improving balance and co-ordination.

We have added a new class on our timetable called Supple Strength. This class blends Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Flexibility training into one challenging and relaxing class. It helps with posture and alignment as well as improving balance and co-ordination.
Things you will need in order to participate in our Online classes:
- For all our online classes and privates we are using Zoom – this can be downloaded free from your app store or, if you are using a laptop, your web browser. Our scheduling system has Zoom integration so when you book a class you receive a booking confirmation with the Zoom link and it reads ‘View Online Event’. You will need to click on it and then scroll down where you find the link that will bring you in to the class. Please be ready 10 mins before class in order to set up, ask questions and meet your fellow participants. This will prevent unnecessary delays.
- For better internet connection please turn any other devices off during the class. If you lose WiFi connection try turning it off and back on instead of switching your router off. We suggest for steadier connection to connect an ethernet cable directly to your router.
- Please contact us if you need help and instruction how to set up well in advance of the session.
- Please continue to use our online scheduling system where all details for the class requirements and instructions are stated. The latest we can accept bookings will be half an hour before the scheduled start time of each class.

This class consists of a Barre Workout focusing on correct form targeting legs, glutes and abdominals improving core strength, flexibility, mobility and grace. A dancer’s workout will give you a dancer’s body.
Matwork
Pilates
This is an Essential/Intermediate level Matwork Pilates class based on the Stott Pilates Repertoire.
Supple Strength
This class blends Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Flexibility training into one challenging and relaxing class. It helps with posture and alignment as well as improving balance and co-ordination.
Stretch Class
This class incorporates mobility exercises in order to prepare the muscles for an effective stretch workout. Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.

You now have the opportunity to do your chosen classes whenever it suits you best. You will also be able to do the classes as often as you wish over the 2 day rental period. We will always be updating and adding more videos in due course so it’s always good to check our video library frequently.
